Clifden Surgery is pleased to offer patients an online payment service through CityPay. Whilst you can still continue to contact a member of our team via telephone to pay your invoices, the online payment option allows you to pay for any outstanding bills 24hours a day, 7 days a week. Terms and Conditions of Payment
Fees are payable at time and day of service. There will be a booking fee of £7.50 for all surgery consultations not paid for on the day, this fee may be deducted if payment in full is received with 7 days of the consultation/invoice date.
We require a minimum of 2 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment to prevent cancellation or missed appointment being charged to account.
